Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for senior and corporate-level roles across multiple functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles
- Design and structure interview panels, assessments, and evaluation frameworks aligned with role competencies
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent for complex and business-critical hires
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
- Utilize recruiting tools and data to optimize hiring processes, improve efficiency, and drive hiring outcomes
- Act as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders across the business
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and corporate roles
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
- Experience partnering with leadership teams and hiring managers in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities for complex searches
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English level: C1
