As a Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our talent program: you will find, speak to, and convince the professionals who fit with us. You will build relationships, come up with smart ways to reach candidates, and ensure that they have a top experience, from the first conversation to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment process – You will guide candidates from intake to onboarding.
• Talent sourcing & binding – You know how to find and enthuse the right professionals.
• Sparring partner – You liaise with consultants, managers, and executives about their needs and translate that into actions.
• Campus recruitment & events – You build relationships with universities, student associations, and young talent.
• Employer branding – You help shape how we position Bluefield as an employer.
• Process improvement – You help make recruitment smarter and more scalable.

Requirements

What you bring?

• A completed HBO or WO education.
• Experience with recruitment (agency or corporate) is a plus, but not required.
• You are social, curious, and comfortable in conversations.
• You are proactive, convincing, and results-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
