About the Position

We are seeking a Corporate Services & Studio Compliance Specialist to ensure internal processes related to corporate support and studio operations run smoothly and in full compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. In this role, you will work autonomously, taking full ownership of your scope, from managing documentation to coordinating with internal and external teams. This position demands a proactive mindset, unwavering accountability, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach, operating independently within the designated scope, with full ownership of studio compliance and departmental operations
  • Actively facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the team, contributing to achieving common objectives and fostering a cohesive, high-performing work culture
  • Work in close collaboration with Project Managers, Studio Production, and Procurement departments to ensure compliance across all studio operations
  • Utilize Salesforce, a global software solution, to ensure reliable traceability at both local and global levels, including accurate and up-to-date records, real-time stock monitoring, and generating detailed reports for audit and regulatory purposes
  • Leverage SharePoint as a centralized platform for document management and collaboration, ensuring all technical documentation and digital archives are stored securely and easily accessible
  • Prepare timely and accurate regulatory documentation and notifications to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), including studio authorizations, layout changes, and notifications of starting new live operations
  • Independently manage the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, if applicable
  • Provide support for office renovations, company updates, and internal events, with a focus on operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with internal standards

Requirements

  • Background in operational and compliance support
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum 1-3 years of administrative support experience
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry would be a plus
