About the Position

EY-Parthenon, a strategic management consultancy hand of EY, is seeking a Corporate Strategy Senior to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is pivotal in leading client projects and driving business development in a dynamic and complex business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation.
• Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements.
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc.
• Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining the work-life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness.
• Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members.

Requirements

• Academic Degree: Bachelor or master.
• Experience: 3-5 years, including in strategic consulting.
• Skills:
  • Project management: Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members, and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments.
  • Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities.
  • Full Portuguese and English proficiency.
