Responsibilities

As a Cost Manager / Kosztorysant in the Reesco Group, you will be responsible for:

• Creating cost estimates based on space plans, conceptual, construction, and execution projects, and local vision meetings.
• Evaluating the quality of offers going to clients by verifying offers prepared by specialists, asking control questions, and introducing changes.
• Participating in local visions.
• Analyzing technical conditions and preparing functional plans.
• Preparing analyses for clients to verify assumptions in relation to the planned investment.
• Participating in direct negotiations with investors and contractors.
• Seeking alternative solutions within value engineering.
• Acquiring and supporting suppliers, organizing tenders, negotiating service and material prices.
• Close cooperation with Sales and Implementation Departments.
• Ongoing activities related to the quality and development of your team.

Requirements

We expect from the candidate:

• Higher education, technical: construction, environmental engineering, architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, experience with fit-out projects is welcome.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCad and MS Excel programs.
• Analytical skills, diligence, reliability, and responsibility.
