Responsibilities

• Project Development in Canada: Oversee and manage projects tailored to the Canadian market.
• Growth of Active Audience: Attract new traffic, retain active audience, and reduce player churn.
• Monitoring Financial Metrics: Track metrics such as GGR, NGR, Turnover, Bonus Cost, etc.
• Assisting PSP Department: Find and integrate popular, new, or alternative payment providers or methods.
• Developing Customer Attraction Strategy: Form plans and hypotheses for retention or growth of other metrics (total deposits, GGR, active days, etc.), major events, interaction with partners.
• Participating in Welcome Pack Creation: Influence retention metrics and monitor bonus cost.
• Interaction with Local Partners and Contractors: Ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Monitoring Social Networks and Reviews: Keep track of the project's presence on specialized platforms.
• Analysis and Optimization of Business Processes: Achieve set goals through continuous improvement.
• Daily Analysis of Product Metrics: Collaborate with analytics, marketing, retention, and traffic teams.
• Formation of a Game Hall: Issue free spins and other bonuses in popular slots or providers.
• Monitoring Political and Social Situation: Stay updated on the region's political, social, financial, and regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Successful experience in launching and developing products in the region.
• Understanding of the country's characteristics and how to operate in it.
• Experience in scaling or working on a large project in Canada.
• Knowledge of traffic acquisition channels (traffic types, cost, approximate payback periods, launch complexities and risks, player retention specifics).
• Ability to set up key communication channels for customer interaction and understand their effectiveness across different segments.
• Knowledge of the necessary payment solutions, their popularity in GEO, and demand among certain player segments.
• Ability to analyze competitors' offers and identify unique selling points compared to them.
• Experience in combating fraud and bonus hunters.
• Experience in team management and interaction with other departments (proper communication with teams, ability to explain and defend your point of view, planning and proper control of processes).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with influencers and sponsorship contracts.
• Experience launching offline media campaigns for online casinos.
• Understanding of GEO licensing specifics and experience working with different licenses.
• Knowledge of the main laws governing i-gaming in the region.
