What To Expect
- Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives and managing internal and external service providers and stakeholders
- Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and shop performance
- Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects
- Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech, logistics, or customer service
- Market analyses and development
- Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
- High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style
- Excellent analytical skills and business sense
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills
