Country Manager I Healthcare

An international company in the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced Country Manager to establish a new business in Senegal and Cote D'Ivoire. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the countries of activity, expertise in training, coaching, compliance programs, and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage new business operations in Senegal and Cote D'Ivoire.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Train and coach teams to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage the company's profit and loss statements.
• Provide excellent customer orientation and technical support.
• Demonstrate credibility, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Utilize strategic focus and analytical skills to overcome barriers and manage objections.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Present and influence at various levels of the business.
• Solve problems and make focused, considered decisions.
• Adapt to changes in the business environment.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English.
• Utilize IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in medical or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in multinational Pharma companies.
