About the Position

We are seeking a Country Operations Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in project management to join our fast-growing business group. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department.
  • Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain.
  • Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.
  • Serve as a bridge between various team members.
  • Improve procedures to maximize team productivity.
  • Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of the basics of operations management.
  • Basic understanding of the iGaming domain.
  • Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
  • Ability to work with large data sets.
  • Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
