About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to join our fast-growing group of companies. In this role, you will lead projects and teams across various regions, driving growth and ensuring the successful launch and management of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project growth in the regions
  • Grow the active user base in these regions
  • Monitor and manage key financial metrics
  • Support the PSP team in finding and integrating popular, new, or alternative payment providers and methods
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Understand key traffic sources in each region (expected payback periods, potential launch challenges, effectiveness of different channels and traffic types)
  • Contribute to the development of welcome packs
  • Work on improving retention metrics
  • Build and manage relationships with local partners and vendors
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to meet performance goals
  • Conduct daily product metrics reviews
  • Collaborate with analytics, marketing, retention, and traffic teams
  • Stay informed about political, social, and financial developments in the region, including regulations and oversight bodies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products
  • Knowledge of traffic acquisition channels and ability to set up key communication tools to engage with customers
  • Understanding of the effectiveness of each channel across different segments
  • Ability to analyze competitors’ offers and define a strong unique selling proposition
  • Experience in dealing with fraud and bonus hunters
  • Team management experience and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
