Coupa (Senior) Consultant with fluent German and English

About the Position

We are seeking a Coupa (Senior) Consultant with fluent German and English to join our Consulting team in Prague, specializing in ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Experience in developing solution concepts for procurement (including invoicing / payment);
• General understanding of the procurement end-to-end processes (with a focus on source-to-pay; strategic and operational) and a strong interest in digitalization;
• In-depth knowledge of project and change management;
• Fluent English and German (C1) language skills;
• Experience in implementing and configuring eProcurement solutions with a focus on Coupa;
• Experience with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;
• Hands-on mentality to work in challenging client engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, business/industrial engineering;
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a management consultancy, ideally in the area of purchasing, finance, or supply chain management;
• Holding Coupa platform certification at least; if possible, additional Coupa certificates in standard modules e.g. Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier and Risk Management, Invoicing, PO Collaboration;
• Energetic, disciplined/self-driven, honest, ambitious, team player;
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% based on a project phase);
• EU citizenship or Czech Permanent Residency and already living in the Czech Republic.
