Coupa System Administrator (f/m/x)
About the Position
We are seeking a Coupa System Administrator responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. The role involves ensuring smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.
Responsibilities
- Resolving incidents and service requests within SLA targets while ensuring timely issue resolution
- Monitoring, logging, prioritizing, and troubleshooting procurement, invoicing, supplier, and system-related issues
- Ensuring high system availability, stability, and performance of the Coupa platform
- Providing end-user support and communicating effectively during incidents and system changes
- Managing system roles, user access, permissions, and platform configurations
- Assisting with deployments, change management, release activities, and UAT support
- Supporting Coupa releases and updates while minimizing business disruption
- Enhancing support processes and maintaining accurate system documentation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Coupa Administration and Application Support
- Hands-on experience with Coupa administration, configuration, and user management
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Previous work with incident management and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing and service management tools
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Experience supporting system changes, releases, and UAT
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
