About the Position

We are Toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we help find the right ones.

Currently, we are looking for a CPO to lead the development of a Lifestyle Super App from scratch. This application will combine travel, delivery, and banking in a single mobile interface, focusing on user experience and local needs.

Role Summary

Product Scope

• Fiat payments: Integrations with card services.
• Travel module: Booking flights, hotels, events (Kiwi, Amadeus, Duffel).
• Food & Service Delivery: Ordering food, groceries, services (Careem, Talabat, Glovo).
• Bank card: Virtual/physical, for in-app spending.
• Loyalty and referral system: Cashbacks, referrals, gamification.

Stage

Pre-MVP. Everything is being built from scratch:

• Product vision.
• Strategic roadmap (MVP → PMF → scale).
• Processes (Scrum, lean discovery, A/B).
• Team (devs, design, analytics, partners).
• UX + Go-To-Market.

Final Goal

Become the leader as a “Super App for Everyday Life”: live, eat, travel, and pay from a single app.

Responsibilities

• Product leader with a strategy + delivery mindset.
• Experience in fintech, travel, or food marketplaces.
• Thinks through MVP, hypotheses, analytics (Amplitude, GA, SQL).
• Builds from scratch: discovery → launch.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (payments).
• Strong UX orientation; mobile app launches.
• White-label integrations / API-first - a strong plus.

Soft Profile

• A leader who wants to influence, not just “manage”.
• Team player (founders, devs, design).
• Resilient under stress (0 → 1).
• English B2+ (global partners).
