Location: Warszawa

We are seeking a CPQ Solution Manager to lead a team of experts and specialists, set direction, and scale the team as the program grows.

As a CPQ Solution Manager, your main task is to lead a team of CPQ and Product Catalogue experts and specialists, set direction, build competencies, and scale the team as the program develops.

You, as the leader, set priorities and are responsible for how the team achieves them. You are the operational center of expertise for the billing system in the CPQ and Product Catalogue area, from strategy and plan, through development and migration, to production maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Team - You manage the CPQ and Product Catalogue specialist team: set goals and priorities, evaluate competencies and results, support competency development, motivate and develop the team depending on the program phase.
  • Managing Implementations - You plan and oversee the entire cycle (analysis, development, testing, migration, go-live, hypercare) in successive countries of the Group; you determine the target shape of the quoting processes and pricing policy.
  • Stakeholder Management - You gather, negotiate, and prioritize business needs from different countries, collaborating with Business Product Owners and leaders of sales, finance, and pricing.
  • Collaborating with Suppliers - You maintain ongoing cooperation with suppliers: manage requirements, prioritize backlog, receive functionalities, and escalate critical issues.
  • Quality and Subject Matter Expertise - You are responsible for the correctness of quoting models, pricing policies, and master product data, as well as data consistency between CPQ, CRM, Billing, and SAP; you personally engage in the most difficult cases of business analysis.
  • Migration and Maintenance - You coordinate the business migration of the catalog and offers to new systems, oversee tests (UAT, regression, migration), and ensure continuity of operations and user support post-go-live.
  • Optimization and Budget - You co-manage the program budget in the CPQ and PC area, identify process improvements, and leverage automation to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a project or operational team;
  • Leadership skills: delegating, motivating, developing, and scaling teams, ability to create and communicate a product vision and system development strategy;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing projects related to sales or billing systems (CPQ, PIM, PI) and their implementation;
  • Experience in business analysis, backlog management, and support for IT system implementations;
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and the ability to make decisions based on data;
  • Higher education (preferred: computer science, data analysis, finance, economics, or related fields);
  • English language proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to Have

  • More than 5 years of experience in team management and working with billing/rating systems or CRM;
  • Very good knowledge of complex pricing models, product configurators, and catalog management;
  • Project management certifications: AgilePM / Scrum Master / PRINCE2 Foundation;
  • Knowledge of the logistics market and products, as well as system architecture;
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.

We Offer

  • Real influence on the shape of the global Lead-to-Cash transformation program across the entire InPost Group;
  • A unique, international role with your own team and space to build processes from the ground up;
  • Collaboration with business and technology leaders in several countries;
  • Long-term cooperation in a B2B model, flexible collaboration model.
