Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve disputes related to AU accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of disputes
- Maintain detailed records of dispute resolutions and provide reports as needed
Requirements
- Strong skills in Data Analysis
- Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
