About the Position

Creative Copywriter, Global Marketing Department

We’re seeking a Creative Copywriter to join Avia Solutions Group’s innovative marketing department / internal agency, based at our Vilnius office. Your concepts will shape brands and campaigns, and your words will captivate global audiences across a variety of digital and traditional platforms. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of copywriting projects from concept to execution
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns
• Work closely with digital, design studio, project managers, and web development teams to bring ideas to life
• Think beyond individual pieces of content - understanding the bigger communication objective, audience, and brand, and translating them into clear, engaging, and effective creative work
• Access to a portfolio of diverse clients and projects, ranging from aviation to sports (and many sectors in between)

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an agency, marketing team, or similarly fast-paced creative environment
• A solid portfolio of content or creative projects
• Excellent command of English, with near-native or native-level written English
• Exceptional grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and attention to linguistic detail
• Experience writing for different audiences, industries, brands, and communication objectives
• Ability to turn complex topics and business information into clear, engaging, and accessible communication
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks to deadline
• Comfortable writing for different formats and channels
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools as part of the creative process
