About the Role

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Motion Graphics: Create impactful graphic assets, animations, and small video/motion content for digital campaigns and social channels.
• Multi-channel Campaigns: Produce and adapt creative content for digital (Meta, Google) and offline (print, OOH) campaigns in formats required by various publishers and portals, using major design tools.
• Media Execution: Manage the adaptation of formats, upload to portals, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Digital Evolution: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the website and personal area.
• Cross-functional Support: Support graphic and branding requests for the team (flyers, gadgets, office materials, and events).
• Product & UI Design: Assist in translating product requirements into flows, wireframes, and interfaces on Figma, ensuring states, responsiveness, and edge cases.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in agency or startup contexts.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Good knowledge of Figma for UI and UX.
  • Motion Design skills: Good knowledge of After Effects (or similar tools) for creating animated graphics, micro-interactions, and video formats.
  • Experience with producing formats for digital and offline campaigns.
  • Ability to work on multiple fronts simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
  • User-centric approach: Ability to empathize with users and make design choices that work in reality.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to work in the office with the team.
  • Good operational autonomy: Ability to carry out tasks without needing detailed instructions for every step.
  • Sensitivity to copy: Writing clear and user-friendly microtexts, CTAs, labels, and error messages.
  • Experience in sectors with a strong customer experience component (utility, fintech, telco).

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from €32,000, commensurate with experience.

The law requires us to indicate a starting salary base, and we think it's only fair to do so. At the same time, we don't like bureaucracy and don't believe that a person's value can be encapsulated in a table. We prefer to use common sense: the eventual offer will be based on the evaluations made during the selection process, taking into account experience, skills, location, and alignment with the role and what we are building.
