About the Role

We are looking for a designer who will help us tell the stories of books through visuals.

This role is at the intersection of design and marketing: here you will work on how the book appears in communication-from social media to launch campaigns.

The main task is not just to "design," but to enhance the idea of the book through visual solutions that catch on and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop visuals for advertising campaigns;
• Create social media creatives (static, simple videos/animations);
• Work with book covers as a key element of communication;
• Adapt design for various formats and channels.

Requirements

• Experience in design (graphic or communication);
• A sense of modern visual context; the ability to think with ideas, not just design;
• Independence in work and the ability to keep pace;
• Attention to detail without losing the big picture.
