About the Position

VOL Online Shop is a highly curated luxury e-commerce platform under L’Odyssee, seamlessly integrating rare and exclusive products with editorial storytelling. We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee the creative direction and branding of our platform, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute VOL Online Shop’s creative direction, ensuring a consistent, elevated luxury aesthetic.
  • Develop brand identity, design language, and content strategy that blend editorial storytelling with e-commerce.
  • Oversee the visual merchandising and brand storytelling of luxury products to enhance desirability and exclusivity.
  • Ensure all brand touchpoints-website, editorial, social, and digital campaigns-are aligned for launch.
  • Lead the creative process for all visual elements, including site design, product imagery, and campaign assets.
  • Work closely with the magazine team to coordinate editorial shoots, content creation, and image licensing.
  • Oversee the art direction of photography, product styling, and high-end digital assets.
  • Secure image rights and licensing agreements with luxury brands for editorial and e-commerce usage.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to create aspirational product imagery.
  • Lead the digital experience by developing engaging UX, gamification, and virtual styling tools.
  • Direct the creation of gamified shopping features, virtual try-ons, and exclusive digital experiences.
  • Work with the E-Commerce Manager and external tech team to optimize website layout, navigation, and conversion flows.
  • Ensure that all e-commerce features, content, and imagery are fully prepared for launch.
  • Manage external creative agencies, designers, and developers to enhance the platform.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to align product selections with magazine features.
  • Curate seasonal storytelling themes, product edits, and exclusive brand drops.
  • Manage the synchronization of e-commerce product launches with editorial releases.
  • Curate the storytelling aspect of product pages, ensuring a luxury editorial feel.
  • Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to secure exclusive collaborations and brand-sponsored content.
  • Ensure visual consistency across brand collaborations and affiliate products.
  • Approve co-branded campaigns and limited-edition launches, ensuring they align with VOL’s creative vision.
  • Oversee and manage all creative deliverables, ensuring everything is production-ready for launch.
  • Conduct final quality checks on UX, imagery, content, and storytelling elements before go-live.
  • Ensure that the site functions flawlessly, with all design and branding elements optimized for conversion.
  • Work with the tech and e-commerce teams to address last-minute adjustments before launch.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in luxury e-commerce, creative direction, or branding.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and ready for launch.
  • Expertise in visual storytelling, art direction, and content creation for high-end brands.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design, digital commerce, and website creative execution.
  • Experience leading editorial and e-commerce content production, including photoshoots and brand collaborations.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative teams, external partners, and digital agencies.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, luxury affiliate marketing, and interactive digital experiences.
