What you will be doing
We’re growing our team and are looking for a Creative Director to join the brand team in frog UK, part of our Creative & Design group. We are at the forefront of creating and defining global brands in the new era of AI and the role would combine creative excellence with exceptional craft. Along with the innovation, data, and technology teams within frog and Capgemini Invent, we sit at the intersection of technology and creative storytelling to help global brands reimagine what’s possible. Our approach blends strategic insight with creative vision, always driven by the belief that AI can amplify - not replace - human ingenuity.
Our Brand team is an incredibly talented bunch of hybrids, including people with a background in graphic design, typography, copywriting, 3D design, motion, animation, storytelling, visual craft, and brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in design craft and inspire your clients to value brilliant creative executions
- Bring creative thinking and engaging ideas to every project
- Oversee the delivery of complex brand projects
- Experience in leading and coaching teams across all stages of the brand creation process, alongside experience in how AI is reshaping brand
Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent
- An amazing portfolio of award-winning, world-class branding through visual and graphic design, alongside excellence in craft, motion, and typography
- A keen interest in how AI is rapidly reshaping what’s next when it comes to creative execution
- The ability to inspire the frog Brand team to push for excellence and deliver bold, fresh thinking with experience in managing and leading a team
- The drive to deliver excellent work and passionate about helping to create an environment where people can do great work
- Comfortable leading senior clients with experience presenting to senior executives and large audiences, both formally and informally, facilitating workshops and ideation sessions
- Strong feedback skills and the drive to role model these activities
- Be entrepreneurial in spirit, making best use of all the tools available to you, across frog and the wider Capgemini family
