About the Position

The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of drone autonomy technologies. The company’s solutions are codified to NATO standards and are used by more than 50 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and 20+ drone manufacturers. Our products bear the names of Ukrainian figures of the Executed Renaissance and the Sixtiers - Vasyl Stus, Olena Teliha, Mykola Zerov and Anatolii Lupynos.

In 2026, the company received an award from DOU as the most promising project in the defense technology sector.

Role Mission

To shape a creative language for TFL and ODD Systems that matches the scale of a global defense-tech company. To convert the companies’ technological advantage into visual and creative leadership, setting quality standards that exceed the market and ensuring brand recognition both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy: Shape the creative vision of TFL and ODD Systems and develop concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and special projects.
• Concepts and Storytelling: Turn the technological advantages of products into strong creative ideas, narratives, and key messages for all communication formats.
• Video and Production: Create concepts for brand, product, and advertising videos and support their execution together with directors, production companies, and motion and CGI teams.
• Creative Quality Control: Ensure a high creative standard across all key materials, make final creative decisions, and work in tandem with the Art Director on their visual execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead the creative team and contractors. Set tasks, prioritize work, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction / art direction.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a creative team and being responsible for creative concepts and large projects.
• Experience creating campaigns, videos, product launches, or other complex creative projects.
• Ability to turn complex technology products into clear and aesthetically flawless visual imagery.
• Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive brand systems (Brand Identity).
• Ability to independently develop a strong idea, argue for it, and bring it to high-quality execution.
• Ability to create creative output on par with leading global technology brands.
• Understanding of the Ukrainian cultural context and fluency in Ukrainian.
• Conversational English
