About the Position

We are looking for an Inspired creative director to join our team to develop and implement creative strategies for client advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing creative strategies for client advertising campaigns.
Managing the creative process within the agency and coordinating the work of the creative department.
Creating concepts and ideas for video productions, photoshoots, animations, and other creative materials.
Ensuring high-quality and originality in every project.
Maintaining communication with clients and internal teams to achieve common goals.
Working efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
Strong communication skills and experience in leading projects within a team.

3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital trends.
Ability to generate unique ideas - BIG IDEA, key messages, and present them in an engaging way to captivate and involve the audience.
Effective communication with the project team.
