About the Position
Creative Graphic Designer (Junior+Middle)
Projector Creative & Tech Online Institute is an online institute that creates a new student experience in the creative and technical industries through its own educational methodology, active community, and startup ecosystem. And now we are looking for a designer who is interested not just in creating creatives, but in thinking about design at the level of approaches and systems. A person who likes to experiment with formats, look for new visual ideas, and together with the team develop how our advertising looks and works.
Responsibilities
- Create static and video/motion creatives for performance channels; create and scale advertising campaigns for courses across different platforms;
- Collaborate with marketers to improve the performance metrics of creatives;
- Establish and optimize design processes, templates, and standards;
- Integrate AI into creative production;
- Develop a library of creative formats and approaches;
- Generate brainstorming ideas with the team;
- Balance brand and performance in advertising materials.
Requirements
- Strong visual taste (style, creativity, awareness);
- Understanding of composition and graphic basics (typography, hierarchy, contrast, illustration);
- Ability to find strong ideas and metaphors, visual hooks;
- Experience in creating performance creatives for various channels;
- Advanced work with visual AI tools;
- Ability or willingness to set up process automations;
- Confident proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite;
- Nice to have: motion skills and basic video editing;
