Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a creative marketing strategy and its subsequent management.
  • Setting the direction for team development and forming a long-term vision.
  • Market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to discover growth points.
  • Team management: goal setting, process coordination, hiring, and development of specialists.
  • Close collaboration with content, UA, and product teams to achieve common goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using a data-driven approach for strategic decisions and improving results.
  • Tracking new trends, industry practices, and technologies, implementing innovative solutions in the team's work.
  • Participation in the development of internal AI products for automating creative team processes and increasing production efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Creative Marketing Lead / Head of Creative / Creative Strategist (1 year or more)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid social, and trends in the creative field.
  • Experience in building and managing teams (creative, design, marketing).
  • Practical experience with various advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, Unity, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changes.
  • Leadership skills: strategic thinking, ability to motivate the team, and set the direction for development.
  • English language - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
