About the Position
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join Honeytech, a leading platform in the webcomics industry. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.
Location: Remote Full-Time | Marketing
Responsibilities
- Managing creative production in line with technical requirements and strategic goals.
- Developing detailed briefs including ideas, structure, hooks, references, calls to action, and format requirements.
- Conducting creative research using spy tools, collecting references, and validating hypotheses.
- Analyzing creative performance, identifying winning concepts, and scaling successful combinations.
- Ensuring high-quality content across all formats including static, video, UGC, and motion.
- Generating and initiating new hypotheses for testing.
- Implementing new creative approaches, formats, angles, and visual styles.
- Building and optimizing marketing funnels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Creative Performance Marketing.
- Experience working with both static and video creatives.
- Strong understanding and ability to analyze marketing and creative metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, LTV, CR, and others.
- Experience with paid social platforms, primarily Meta, in Tier-1 markets.
- Skills in market, niche, and competitor analysis.
- Experience building, optimizing, and analyzing conversion funnels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to form and test hypotheses.
- Experience creating clear technical briefs for designers, video editors, and creators, and ensuring quality execution.
- Understanding of creative trends and visual hooks in social media.
- Experience using website and market analysis tools such as Adheart, SocialPeta, Meta Ads Library, and others.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
