We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limitation is human imagination. And now we are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who is ready to join and create it with us.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the advertising market and competitors, notice working mechanics and repetitive patterns.
• Generate ideas for advertising creatives and bring them to brainstorming sessions already worked out.
• Help launch and manage marketing hypotheses in Meta Ads: don't stop after the first failed test, but bring each one to a clear conclusion.
• Analyze winning creatives - what exactly worked (hook, continuation, setup) - and share findings with the team.
• Collaborate closely with the content team on daily tasks.
• Take tasks into work proactively and maintain open communication with the team.

Requirements

• Basic experience in creative / performance marketing - internships, pet projects, or work in a similar role, or a related background in content with an understanding of key metrics.
• Basic proficiency in market monitoring and competitor analysis tools (or willingness to quickly learn them).
• Habit of looking at creative through the lens of results, not just aesthetics.
• Independence and initiative.
• Comfortable in dynamics where there are no ready-made instructions and everything changes quickly.
• Focus on results, time management, and ability to prioritize.
