Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing the advertising market and competitors.
• Conducting team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative retrospectives.
• Finding additional growth points for the product by testing various marketing hypotheses and funnels.
• Generating ideas for advertising creatives.
• Close collaboration with the content team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Creative Marketing Specialist for at least 1 year.
• Proficiency in market monitoring and competitor analysis tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing creative strategies.
• Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
