About the Position

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Team Lead to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it. Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine | Remote Full-Time

Responsibilities

As a Creative Marketing Team Lead, your challenges will include:

• Lead and manage the Creative Marketing team, including motivation, development, and performance management.
• Develop and implement innovative, high-impact creative approaches.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify key directions for ad creatives, growth opportunities, and scaling potential.
• Collaborate closely with Product and User Acquisition teams to plan and execute shared goals effectively.
• Evaluate creative performance and build strategies to continuously improve results.

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in creative marketing with a solid understanding of how creatives impact performance.
• Has experience mentoring or managing a team / junior specialists.
• Possesses a data-driven mindset and strong focus on metrics.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to inspire, guide, and align a team toward shared goals.
• Has Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
