About the Position

Creative Motion Designer - RiseGuide

SKELAR is a venture builder creating consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets such as EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more. We are looking for a Creative Motion Designer to join our RiseGuide team, an app focused on self-development through examples of successful role models.

Responsibilities

• Design video content for advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Use and test AI tools for generating images, videos, and voiceovers
• Develop creative concepts and participate in team brainstorming sessions
• Search for and integrate new tools that improve the creation process and quality of creatives

Requirements

• Experience in Performance Marketing
• At least 1.5 years of experience in Motion Design
• Knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with AI tools: Midjourney, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.
• Creativity, attention to detail
• Quick adaptation and responsible attitude towards tasks
• High level of self-organization and time management
• English level B1+ for research and content work
