Join Iteractive as a Creative Performance Designer to create and deliver performance-driven video ads and static assets for wellness apps. Iteractive offers expert-designed wellness apps and solutions that make healthy living simple and sustainable.

Iteractive is dedicated to providing personalized weight loss, custom meal plans, workouts, guided hypnotherapy, and progress tracking through its innovative apps.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver performance-driven video ads, along with supporting static assets
• Take ownership of the creative process from concept and ideation to final execution
• Produce and iterate on short-form video ads optimized for engagement, conversions, and scale
• Focus on one performance channel, AppLovin, TikTok, or Google non-Search, based on your strengths and experience
• Develop and test new hooks, concepts, messaging, visual styles, and CTAs to find winning creatives
• Use performance data such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to understand what works and continuously improve creative performance
• Turn winning concepts into new iterations and variations to extend their performance
• Adapt creative formats and messaging to different audiences, placements, and stages of the funnel
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, creative patterns, and new opportunities
• Stay up to date with social media trends, ad formats, creative best practices, and AI tools
• Use AI tools to improve ideation, production speed, experimentation, and creative output

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in a creative, performance marketing, or similar role, with a strong focus on video
• Be skilled in video editing and motion design
• Have hands-on experience creating performance-focused ads for AppLovin, TikTok, Google non-Search, or comparable paid acquisition channels
• Have experience creating video and/or static ads that are built to drive measurable results
• Understand performance marketing metrics and how creative decisions impact campaign performance
• Be able to analyze creative performance, identify insights, and turn them into the next creative test
• Be both creative and analytical - able to generate new ideas and validate them with data
• Understand how to adapt hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs for different audiences and platforms
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects, timelines, and results
• Be comfortable using or learning AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity
• Be fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary

Gross salary range is 2300 – 3500 EUR/month.

This position is fully remote.
