Creative Producer

Due to the fast growth and expansion of the company, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member: Creative Producer.

Responsibilities

• Tailor advertising creatives to different platforms and target audiences;
• Analyze the performance of advertising creatives and suggest improvements based on the data gathered;
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify current trends and new opportunities;
• Research and adopt new tools to enhance the creative process and achieve better results;
• Write detailed briefs for designers and content creators;
• Review and approve creatives, providing necessary edits and feedback;
• Lead brainstorming sessions to foster the creation of innovative ideas and concepts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in roles like Creative Producer, Creative Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Performance Marketing Manager;
• Demonstrated strong analytical and creative abilities through past achievements;
• Experience in analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns;
• Research skills and the ability to write technical tasks for designers;
• Previous professional experience with the dating niche;
• Copywriting skills and experience in international markets are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video and User-Generated Content (UGC) creation;
• Knowledge of web and app marketing;
• Experience in the B2C market niche;
• Experience with creative testing on Meta platforms.
