About the Position
Creative Producer
Remote
Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application
- Working closely with the Product, UA team to identify key features and advantages of the application, trying different collaborative approaches to boost the performance
- Optimizing creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
- Conducting competitors research to analyze best practices on the market
- Creating advertisements for META, Google, and other networks
- Organizing brainstorms with the team
- Writing the briefs for UGC, evaluating results, making reworks to increase the results
- Collaborating with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
- Ability to balance creativity with performance goals
- Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking
- Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms
Requirements
- Experience as a creative producer in the performance marketing (would be nice: field of healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness) min 6 months (1 year+ will be an advantage)
- Data-driven approach
- Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
- Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
- Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategy and content that effectively attracts users
- Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independence and willingness to push the processes
- Flexibility and adaptability to fast changes
- English minimum B2 level
