About the Position

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with 2+ years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, trend research, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for planning and executing engaging social media campaigns, growing brand visibility, and driving conversions across platforms. Experience working with e-commerce or tech brands-especially within the Xiaomi Pakistan market-will be a strong plus, as our brand focuses on delivering the latest Xiaomi products and deals to customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and short-form videos
Design basic creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
Schedule and manage content calendars
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and community management
Collaborate with marketing and design teams

Requirements

2+ years of proven social media management experience
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
Understanding of analytics and growth strategies
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail
