About the Position
Nefolld is a performance-driven team in the digital wellness space, focused on efficiency, speed, and high-quality execution, building scalable apps that help people improve their health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven creative concepts for paid social campaigns across our wellness apps, with a strong focus on Meta
- Write clear, actionable briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators
- Own the copy – hooks, headlines, CTAs, scripts – and make it convert
- Dig into ad performance data and make decisions based on what it tells you
- Analyze competitor creatives and spot trends before they peak
- Gather audience insights and turn them into angles that hit
- Collaborate with performance marketers and creatives to ship and iterate fast
- Use AI tools to move quicker without cutting corners
Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience as a creative strategist, performance creative, copywriter, or similar role
- Think in both angles and numbers – you’re as comfortable with CPA and ROAS as you are with a hook rewrite
- Be a strong storyteller who can distill a complex idea into a scroll-stopping moment
- Be curious, fast-moving, and unbothered by failure – you treat a losing ad as data, not a setback
- Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Be highly hands-on, while effectively collaborating with other team members to achieve the best outcomes
- Be highly independent, responsible for your own work, planning, and results – strong time management skills are essential
Salary
Gross salary range is 2900 – 4000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
