We’re growing and looking for a Creative Strategist to join our Marketing team. Join the team behind one of the world’s fastest-growing gaming marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction for paid marketing channels, ensuring messaging and formats are aligned with business objectives and performance targets;
• Translate performance data into actionable creative insights, strong campaign concepts, and testable hypotheses;
• Drive creative ideation for new campaigns, messaging angles, and content formats;
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across website and marketing content;
• Work with Product and UX teams to improve website content for clarity, trust, and conversion;
• Support A/B testing efforts by helping test and optimize content across key website journeys;
• Create clear customer-facing copy for purchase, delivery, and dispute flows.

Requirements

• Experience developing creative for paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or similar platforms;
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing, conversion-focused messaging, and funnel-based thinking;
• Understanding of UX writing and how content supports clear, intuitive user journeys;
• Ability to write conversion-focused copy that drives action and improves customer understanding;
• Comfortable using data, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve content performance.

Gross Salary

The salary range for this position is €3,600 – €5,200 gross per month, depending on your experience.
