Description of the Role

As part of the Global Content Creators team in the Ubisoft Marketing department, you will contribute to structuring and improving our operations related to content creators. At the intersection of marketing, technology, and project management, this internship will allow you to work on concrete topics: process optimization, tool improvement, documentation, operational analysis, and coordination of international campaigns.

Your missions will include:

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Contribute to the monitoring of cross-functional projects: preparation of materials, follow-up of actions, internal coordination, and updating of steering documents.
  • Identify operational blockers, formalize needs, and propose recommendations to improve tools, processes, or information flows.
  • Prepare internal communications: newsletters, reports, presentation materials, or post-project summaries.

Facilitating Internal Operations

  • Improve the briefing and coordination processes for creator campaigns: centralization of requests, status tracking, and visibility between central, local, and brand teams.
  • Strengthen collaboration with creator teams in 20 sites: information sharing, feedback collection, and consolidation of needs.
  • Conduct user research and support initiatives: surveys, workshops, tests, bug reporting, and follow-up on improvements.
  • Create, update, and structure internal documentation to facilitate onboarding, sharing of best practices, and tool usage.

Analysis and Monitoring

  • Monitor trends in influencer marketing, social media, and engagement mechanics to identify opportunities and best practices.
  • Contribute to reports on UCP (Ubisoft Creators Program) operations: campaign tracking, data consolidation, qualitative and quantitative analyses, actionable summaries.
  • Conduct benchmarks and market studies on creator programs, engagement mechanics, and UCP development opportunities.

What This Internship Will Bring You

  • Guidance to help you progress, gain autonomy, and receive regular feedback.
  • Substantial topics that are useful to the team and aligned with your interests.
  • Exposure to projects that blend operations, analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.

A supportive environment to ask questions, propose ideas, and contribute to visible projects.

Qualifications

  • You are a student, and ideally have some experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, project management, community management, or process improvement.
  • You demonstrate rigor, organization, analytical skills, synthesis ability, curiosity, and flexibility, and are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and are comfortable with collaborative and project management tools.
  • If you are looking for a unique experience in the gaming and influencer marketing industry, we would love to get to know you!
