We are looking for a CRM Analyst to drive and elevate our analytical expertise within the CRM domain. In this role, you will support key strategic initiatives aimed at user retention, optimizing communication channels, and boosting the overall efficiency of our CRM activities.

This position is ideal for someone who loves diving deep into data, uncovering actionable insights, evaluating CRM mechanics, and actively fostering a data-driven decision-making culture across the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and key product metrics.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets using advanced SQL.
• Build and maintain dashboards using BI platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).
• Understand CRM performance, user engagement, and retention indicators.
• Work comfortably with large-scale, high-volume datasets.
• Set up, execute, and evaluate A/B tests using statistical methods.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in data analytics, specifically within CRM, Marketing, or Product environments.
• SQL Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• BI Tools: Hands-on experience with BI platforms.
• Customer Analytics: Solid track record in analyzing user behavior and customer journeys.
• CRM Metrics: Deep understanding of CRM performance and user engagement indicators.
• Big Data: Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Experimentation: Strong grasp of statistical methods for A/B testing.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
