About the Position

CRM Content Manager (Email Marketing)

King Group is a modern company with an innovative approach to brand promotion. We operate in the iGaming sector and have three successful Ukrainian online casino brands, as well as our own affiliate networks. We manage numerous projects in the Ukrainian and Tier 1 markets, invest in venture startups, promising ideas, and people. We are a strong and driven team, and we are currently looking for a cool player - an Email Manager - who will help us build an effective and well-thought-out communication strategy with users through email, push, and SMS. If you know how to create newsletters that open, push notifications that don't annoy, and messages that bring users back again and again - let's get acquainted! Together, we will increase engagement, loyalty, and key retention indicators.

Responsibilities

Work on and develop the direction of email marketing.
Fully responsible for the process of creating and conducting marketing campaigns.
Participate in creating a content strategy for promotional and informational newsletters.
Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, and content) to create creative messages, notifications, and push notifications.
Conduct A/B testing and seek ways to improve CR and Open Rate based on data.
Create user segments and build email chains for them, conduct regular analysis of key indicators, and optimize the strategy based on their analysis.

Requirements

Experience with email, SMS, web push notifications, and other messengers, or as a content manager - from 1 year;
Understanding of Real-time retention marketing;
Enjoy creatively approaching the creation of email templates;
Proficient in setting up and warming up mailing lists - a plus, but not mandatory;
Confident time management skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Experience in copywriting is a plus, but not mandatory.
