About the Position
For a long-term engagement supporting an internal CRM team and operations within an enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced CRM Developer (Dynamics 365) to support implementation, customization, and further development of the CRM environment.
The developers will work closely with the Solution Architect and implement defined requirements in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
General Conditions
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term / permanent support
- Workload: 100% preferred
- Working model: 95% Remote, occasional on-site presence upon agreement
- Language: English mandatory, German is a plus
- Salary: €440 - €480 a day
Responsibilities
- Implementation and customization in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Development within the following modules: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Project Operations
- Technical implementation of requirements defined in User Stories
- Development using: C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform components
- Configuration and extension of CRM modules
- Integration support in collaboration with the Solution Architect
- Bug fixing, optimization, and system enhancement
- Technical documentation
Requirements
- Several years of experience as CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)
- Strong experience with: C#, JavaScript, Plugin development, Workflows, Power Platform
- Experience working with Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and/or Project Operations
- Ability to understand business requirements described in User Stories and translate them into technical solutions
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- English required, German is an advantage
