Responsibilities

In the CRM / Email Marketing Specialist position, you will be responsible for:

Creating and configuring triggered communication flows with players through Email/Push/SMS channels.
Creating and maintaining corporate email templates, filling them with content, and configuring, checking, and testing them before sending.
Monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns and communications on a daily basis, tracking promotional KPIs, and developing hypotheses to improve them.
Segmenting and filtering players, as well as implementing segmentation rules in triggered communications.
Achieving high Open Rate, Delivery Rate, CTR, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate metrics, working with Soft/Hard Bounce, and monitoring and resolving sender domain reputation issues.
Conducting A/B tests and validating hypotheses to improve CRM financial performance metrics, including Conversion, LTV, Churn Rate, Retention %, etc.
Assigning tasks to graphic designers, copywriters, and the promotions team, and monitoring their execution.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on key communication channels.

Requirements

Google/Yahoo/Outlook Postmaster & Best Practices.
CRM Retention.
