About the Position
We are seeking a CRM Gamification Manager to join Jugabet, a leading gaming platform in Latin America. If you are passionate about developing and maintaining user loyalty programs and gamification mechanics, this role is perfect for you. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and retention in the online gambling industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user loyalty programs
- Generate and launch gamification mechanics, including lootbox maps, minigames, and scratch cards with online and offline rewards
- Manage CRM bonus campaigns and user communications
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results
- Analyze user behavior and key product metrics to identify insights and opportunities
- Segment audiences and build engagement flows across the user journey
- Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Design, Content, Sponsorship, and Brand teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM, Retention, or Gamification Manager within the online gambling industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico or similar is a must)
- Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty in B2C products
- Experience with user segmentation and basic HTML knowledge
- Experience working with analytics tools and bonus mechanics (free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (Spanish is a plus)
