About the Position
We are currently hiring for various roles across different locations. Whether you are a Machine Learning Engineer, Senior Director/Director, Product Manager, or have expertise in other specialized fields, we have opportunities for you.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with frontend team
- Develop verification environments, test plans, coverage models, and debug ASIC designs
- Handle plant operations, production planning, lean manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and team management
- Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Relationship Manager
- Drive clarity and prioritization in a highly cross-functional environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Django/FastAPI
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Proficiency in UVM/SystemVerilog and C++
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing, handling plant operations, production planning, lean manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and team management
- Expertise in industrial soundproofing and civil engineering
- Consulting and advisory experience
- Knowledge in event management and accounting
