About the Position

Your mission? Keep players coming back, not because they have to, but because they genuinely want to. You’ll design player journeys, engage them at the right moment, surprise them with relevant offers, and make them feel part of something bigger than just a game.

Responsibilities

• Craft CRM strategies that keep players engaged, satisfied, and returning for more.
• Build and refine automated journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Segment players like a pro and personalize campaigns so they feel tailor-made.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to make CRM feel like part of the whole experience, not a side hustle.
• Crunch campaign data and translate it into clear actions.
• Experiment with A/B tests, then scale what works, kill what doesn’t. Fast.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, ideally in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or any digital playground.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and automation tools (preferably iGaming-specific CRM tools).
• Ability to think in numbers and communicate effectively.
• Creative mindset with a strong execution capability.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments: quick launches, fast fixes, fast wins.
• Experience in the crypto casino reality is a plus.
