About the Position

CRM Platform Functional Consultant (Salesforce / MS 365)

We are seeking a CRM Platform Functional Consultant with expertise in Salesforce and MS 365 to join our team in Buenos Aires, Cordoba, or Mar del Plata, Argentina.

Responsibilities

• Consulting: Provide expert advice and support in CRM platform implementation.
• Salesforce and MS 365: Utilize Salesforce and MS 365 to design and implement solutions.
• CRM: Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance client processes.
• Sales Operations & Effectiveness: Improve sales operations and effectiveness through digital platforms and automation.

Requirements

• Advanced English: Proficient in English, bilingual preferred.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years in implementing CRM Salesforce / MS Dynamics 365.

Nice to Have

• Advanced Degrees: Master's degree or additional certifications.
• Skills: Problem-solving, data management, Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies, Project Management.
• Tools: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and data modeling.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience in consulting or sales transformation projects.
• Communication: Effective communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
