Responsibilities
- Engage existing customers to advise and upsell.
- Act as an expert for the trade, advising them on their marketing strategy through the lens of optimising Checkatrade's product suite.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach, handle objections with confidence, and close deals with clarity.
- Keep Salesforce data tidy, accurate, and up to date.
- Work with other teams to share insights, learn fast, and keep hitting targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of hitting targets.
- Confident communicator who's happy to pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Resilience, drive, and a hunger to exceed expectations.
- Solid objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage your pipeline.
