CSR Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a CSR Manager to lead and coordinate our regional sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with ESG objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Coordination & Regional Animation

• Develop the regional CSR roadmap in alignment with corporate priorities and local business challenges
• Coordinate its deployment across the countries in the region
• Support CSR Country Managers in structuring and implementing their initiatives
• Prepare, lead, and follow up on regional CSR committees and their articulation with the Group
• Prepare and present a quarterly overview of the roadmap and achievements to the regional executive committee and corporate teams

2. Structuring Projects & Regulatory Compliance

• Conduct active monitoring of regulations and anticipate their impacts (e.g., CSRD)
• Lead compliance projects with the support of internal and external experts
• Manage regional certifications and labels (EcoVadis, ISO, etc.)
• Launch and follow up on cross-functional projects related to the Group's CSR pillars
• Monitor client and prospect expectations regarding ESG certifications and commitments

3. Reporting & Communication

• Oversee the collection, verification, and consolidation of multi-country ESG data
• Contribute to the production of the annual CSR Report
• Prepare a quarterly presentation for C-level audiences to share the progress of the regional CSR roadmap
• Develop, in collaboration with Marketing & Communication teams, a plan to promote CSR commitments (thematic campaigns, digital communications, etc.)
• Manage alerts from the ethical platform and ensure associated reporting

4. Administrative & Budgetary Management

• Develop and manage the regional CSR budget
• Ensure contractual follow-up of labels, certifications, and partners
• Guarantee the reliability of processes and documentary follow-up

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac+5 from business school, university, engineering, etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including significant experience in CSR management or sustainable transformation
• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment
• Solid understanding of ESG regulatory issues (CSRD, non-financial reporting, etc.)
• Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional coordination
• Strategic vision and business acumen
• Influential leadership and ability to unite without direct hierarchical link
• Analytical rigor and performance culture
• Excellent communication skills and executive posture
• Political sense and arbitration ability
• Proficiency in English
