About the Position

Cado Labs, a growing European IT product company, is seeking a dynamic CTO to lead and inspire our development team! Apply now and get a chance to lead and inspire our development team!

HOW we do it

Most of the new services are developed and run in accordance with microservices architecture.

We invest into our own Kubernetes platform.

We adopt the gRPC framework in our platform or migrate our interfaces to a micro-frontend pattern.

We actively use and support open source products.

Responsibilities

• Create effective management system for development teams that will promote technical growth;
• Coordinate development process of multiple projects at the same time;
• Take part in effectiveness evaluation;
• Create and execute strategies for completing projects on time, risks minimisation, optimal resource allocation and effective projects’ evaluation;
• Take part in development of the technical strategy of the company in cooperation with architecture team;
• Analyze, choose and implement necessary technical solutions;
• Establish and implement team strategy (recruitment, motivation, development);
• Form development teams in cooperation with the management team of the Company;
• Monitor performance and of team members and help manage their professional results and development.

Requirements

• Strong technical background;
• 3+ years of experience as a technical specialist;
• 3+ years of project management experience;
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Deep understanding of business processes and needs;
• Developed people management skills;
• Flexibility, desire to learn and take new challenges;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
