About the Position

🚀 CTO / Lead Full-Stack Developer - equity + pay

We are building an ecosystem of three SaaS products.

The tech stack is already designed: Next.js 14, Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage), Stripe Connect, Resend, Vercel, and a monorepo Turborepo.

The database schema, RLS policies, ecosystem architecture, and business logic are fully ready - we need a person to implement it.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the monorepo (Turborepo / Next.js)
• Implement the database schema in Supabase + migrations
• Build the authentication and role system (owner / manager / technician / viewer)
• Develop a booking module with online payment (Stripe Connect + hold deposit)
• Auto-generate PDF contracts and maintenance reports
• WhatsApp / Email notifications (Twilio + Resend)
• Management panels for all three modules
• Set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions → Vercel)
• Basic integrations with insurance APIs

Requirements

• Experience in commercial full-stack development for at least 3 years
• Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS
• Experience integrating Stripe (Connect is a big plus)
• Experience building SaaS from scratch - mandatory
• Language skills: Spanish, English

Nice to Have

• Ability to scale solutions - bots, software, scripts, and AI tools that deliver results.
• Experience in automating key processes - from client requests to marketing campaigns.
• Experience in creating AI for content and communications.
