About the Position

Leobit is a full-cycle Web and.Net application development provider for technology companies and startups. We help technology companies in their journey of technology innovation & business transformation, building business partnerships based on trust, transparency, and long-term cooperation. We are seeking a CTO with at least 15 years of technical experience to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in .Net, Web, Azure, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement Leobit’s technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s business goals
  • Cultivate and promote Leobit’s technological excellence in.Net, Web, Azure, and AI
  • Engage in strategic partnerships with major IT leaders, including Microsoft, Amazon, and Google
  • Promote Leobit’s technical niche, focusing on enhancing expertise in.Net, Web, Azure, and AI
  • Shape and define the R&D topic strategy by targeting the latest and most compelling tech challenges within Leobit’s domain
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in crafting blog posts, pages, and articles, utilizing insights from R&D activities, current tech trends, and business domain demand
  • Encourage innovative initiatives and culture of innovation within the company
  • Refine specialized consulting offerings, particularly spotlighting Azure and AI
  • Oversee PoC creation, and transition them into standalone projects
  • Showcasing the company’s expertise through webinars and external conference presentations
  • Serve as the primary technical authority in principal pre-sales meetings, effectively addressing and resolving any technical queries or concerns raised by potential clients
  • Represent Leobit externally by presenting our expertise to potential clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of technical experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role and at least 3 years in a software architecture role
  • Proven managerial experience, preferably across diverse technical teams
  • A solid foundation in software architecture, having both designed and implemented large-scale solutions
  • Extensive knowledge in .Net, Web, Azure, AI, and other relevant areas
  • Visionary with understanding of fundamental principles of various clouds, technologies, frameworks, etc
  • Strong strategic vision with evidence of long-term technology planning and execution
  • A profound understanding of efficient pre-sale processes, coupled with experience in driving these pre-sales
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, proficient in articulating technical details clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Experience in presenting technical results at conferences, workshops, meetups, or through technical blog posts or papers is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Background in leading or contributing to R&D initiatives
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • English level: Advanced
