About the Team

Are you passionate about marketing, design, and digital innovation? Operating in a highly dynamic context, the Engagement PM team contributes to the development of projects in the areas of Engagement, Loyalty & Incentive for important client companies. They support clients in implementing new engagement models – such as applications and websites – designed to make every phase of the customer journey more engaging, generating competitive advantage and creating a significant impact on consumers.

Daily Tasks

Implementation, management, and optimization of Loyalty & Engagement programs for national and international clients, ensuring the achievement of project objectives and service quality
Support for projects through the use of monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools
Planning and coordination of project activities, ensuring respect for deadlines, priority management, and the correct progress of assigned projects
Coordination of internal Business Lines (Tech, Digital & Legal) and external stakeholders (Suppliers & Clients) for project management and delivery

Ideal Profile

Master's degree in progress in Economics, Marketing, or Communication
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Interest in Loyalty, Retention, and Incentive programs, along with a desire to deepen data-driven strategies and tools to improve customer experience and retention
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English

Bonus Skills

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, interacting daily with clients, business lines, and your own team
Ability to use Generative AI tools, creating and optimizing prompts and simple workflows based on project needs
Passion for project management combined with proactivity and organization
